Projects

Our team has worked on many projects with international cooperation agencies and programme operators, and with the Government of Colombia. Some of them:

• Advisory services to Bogotá's District Planning Secretariat on strategies and instruments for sustainable rural productive development under the city's Rural Public Policy (2024–2026).
• Support to the impact evaluation of community forest regulations in Southeast Asia, for Spatial Informatics Group (2024–2025).
• Country strategy and programme evaluation of IFAD in Argentina, for IFAD's Independent Office of Evaluation (2024).
• Country strategy and programme evaluation of IFAD in the Dominican Republic, for IFAD's Independent Office of Evaluation (2023–2024).
• Subregional evaluation of the strategy of the United Nations International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) in Central America's Dry Corridor (2023).
• Monitoring and evaluation of land formalisation in PDET municipalities, under USAID's Land for Prosperity (Nuestra Tierra Próspera) programme, through C-Análisis (2020–2022).
• Country strategy and programme evaluation of IFAD in Colombia (2022).
• Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on firms in Colombia, for ANDI (National Business Association of Colombia) and the ILO (2020).
• Impact evaluation of the LECRA (Low Emission and Climate Resilient Agriculture) initiative in Colombia: lead on the qualitative component, for INSUCO and CIAT (2020).
• Impact evaluation of the Ministry of Culture's Mobile Public Libraries programme in the special rural zones for the demobilisation of FARC ex-combatants (2018).
• Results evaluation of the PNIS crop substitution programme, funded by USAID's Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) in coordination with Colombia's Office of the Inspector General (Procuraduría General de la Nación) (2018).
